Horror Nun
About Horror Nun
The first time Sister Madeline spotted me, I thought I could run away. A few seconds later, I was back at the starting point. That's when I realized Horror Nun isn't a horror game you can rush through. It rewards patience, careful exploration, and paying attention to every little detail.
What Is Horror Nun
Horror Nun is a first-person escape-horror game in which you must sneak through a haunted school while avoiding Sister Madeline. Search for items, solve puzzles, and discover multiple endings before she catches you.
A Survival Escape That Keeps You Thinking
What makes Horror Nun interesting is that you are never just running around waiting for something to happen. Every room has a purpose, every item can matter, and every decision can change your chance of escaping.
- Search classrooms, storage, and hidden corners for keys, tools, and useful stuff.
- Crack puzzles to open doors and reach new areas.
- Hide, crouch, and move quietly when Sister Madeline's around - get caught, and it's over.
- Inventory space is tight, so only keep what you really need.
- Try different paths - your choices lead to different endings.

Multiple Escape Routes Make It Worth Replaying
What caught me off guard was how many escape routes there actually are. You're not stuck with one set ending - you can try different paths based on what you pick up and which puzzles you crack.
The inventory system forces you to think ahead too. You can only carry one key item at a time, so you’re constantly deciding what’s worth holding onto and what’s worth tossing - especially with Sister Madeline breathing down your neck.
Horror Nun vs Granny: Two Similar Games, Two Different Scares
Choose Horror Nun if you like a slower horror experience where exploration and strategy matter more than speed.
Choose Granny if you want a more intense challenge that keeps you nervous from the moment the chase begins. Both games are enjoyable, but the type of fear they create is completely different.
