Night Chef: Horror Cooking starts with a job that sounds completely normal. You work the late shift at Cafe 24, making burgers, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, coffee, and other simple orders. Then Victor, a wealthy customer, offers you another job at his mansion. That is where the cooking starts to feel like the easy part.

The Job Gets Weird In Night Chef: Horror Cooking

Victor's mansion has plenty of rooms to check, and most of them are hiding something. Some doors are locked, notes are left around the house, and several chefs have gone missing. You will spend a lot of time walking around, looking for keys and trying to figure out where certain clues lead.

Things You Will Be Doing

• Cooking: Burgers, eggs, pancakes, coffee… whatever the job asks for.
• Exploring: There is plenty to look through inside the mansion.
• Keys: Locked doors mean you will have to search for them.
• Notes: Pick them up when you find them. They might explain a few things.
• Enter codes: Solve a few puzzles to get through locked areas.

Then Victor Starts Chasing You

In Night Chef: Horror Cooking, Victor is not just another character in the story. At certain points, he starts hunting you, and that changes how you move around the mansion. Running into a room without knowing where the exit is can leave you in a bad spot.

The dark rooms do not help either. You may find a useful item in one corner, while another corner is better left alone. It is worth remembering where you have already been, especially when you need to come back for a key or clue.

Five Chapters, More Trouble

The Night Chef: Horror Cooking game has five chapters, and things gradually get worse as you move through them. You can also choose between Ghost, Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty.

Normal is where things get more interesting because Victor can hear and see you. You cannot simply run around the mansion and hope for the best.

That is what makes Night Chef: Horror Cooking fun. It starts with a simple cooking job, then slowly turns into a strange trip through a mansion where finding dinner is no longer your biggest concern.
