Backrooms with a Friend
About Backrooms with a Friend
Backrooms with a Friend is basically a trip through a huge yellow maze where you can’t tell one hallway from the next. You keep walking, hoping you’ll find the exit before something creepy comes after you. The longer you stay, the easier it is to lose your way.
You can explore on your own or bring a friend along. Stick together, split up to look around, or let your friend draw the monster away while you run for the exit. Sometimes helping each other works. Sometimes you just have to run.
What Happens During a Backrooms Run?
A run in Backrooms with a Friend usually starts pretty calmly. You explore the empty rooms, check different corridors, and try to remember where you came from. Since almost every corner looks the same, getting lost can happen faster than you expect.
Things get much more stressful when a creature shows up. When a creature shows up, there’s no time to think too much. Run, hide, or take the next turn and hope it works out. With a friend, you can either stay together or split up and search different halls. Either way, finding the exit is only part of the challenge; you still need to reach it without getting caught.

Backrooms with a Friend: Situations, Difficulty, and Best Strategies
How These Situations Change Your Backrooms with a Friend Strategy
The table makes one thing clear: Backrooms with a Friend is about more than finding the exit. When things are calm, take your time and explore. Once a creature appears, you need to react fast.
It’s safer to stay together, but splitting up means you can check more rooms at once. And when a friend gets chased, a quick distraction might give both of you a way out.
Want to make it out? Keep your head clear, watch the halls, and don't panic.
